Bakery Workshops in Myanmar in Jan 2013

In January 2013, there were two Big Events organized by IFFI happening in Myanmar.

We held Workshops in 24 Jan in Mandalay and 30 Jan in Yangon (the two biggest cities of Myanmar ) with the Theme  of "Topping cream product introduction and baking demo" to a large number of distributors and cake manufacturers.



More than 200 guests attended the Workshops, joined the Professional Masters, they had shared the experiences of Baking Technique and Cake Decoration, tasted many delicious cakes as well as how to improve the product quality.



During the Workshops, IFFI and Partner ( Leading Topping Cream manufacturer in Region) had introduced the advantages of the Topping cream products such as Non Dairy Topping Cream, Non Dairy Whipping Cream, Dairy Blended Juice Topping Cream… With combination to Core flavors and Butter Oil Substitute branded “Taste House” from IFFI, it would offer guests the great opportunities to enhance the true value of Delicious Cakes to Burmese Consumers nationwide.



In 2013, IFFI will organize more similar events to publicize the Products to the potential market Myanmar.
