Bakery Workshops in Myanmar in Oct 201

To emphasize the leading position as Professional Supplier of Food Flavors and Ingredients in Myanmar Market, IFFI opened more Workshops in Yangon and Mandalay during Oct, 2013.









More than 200 guests attended the Workshops, joined the Professional Masters, they had shared the experiences of Baking Technique and Cake Decoration, tasted many delicious cakes as well as how to improve the product quality.



       

During the Workshops, IFFI and Partner ( Leading Topping Cream manufacturer in Region) had introduced the advantages of the Topping cream products such as Non Dairy Topping Cream, Non Dairy Whipping Cream, Dairy Blended Juice Topping Cream… With combination to Core flavors and Butter Oil Substitute branded “Taste House” from IFFI, it would offer guests the great opportunities to enhance the true value of Delicious Cakes to Burmese Consumers nationwide.





After workshop, 03 classes of Cake Decoration happened to instruct cake shop owners, amateur bakers. We could find the interesting faces of students who were instructed directly by Master Chefs from Vietnam. And now, they could perform well with many Decors for Cakes at their own favorites as well as consumers’ favorites.
